OUR PROCESS

STEP ONE
INSPECTION

We thoroughly inspect all facets of your roof as well as vents, flashing, gutters, downspouts, screens and any additional components on your roof and property.

 

Our goal is to find and note any and all damage consistent with any storms that your property was involved in

STEP TWO
INSURANCE CLAIM

Upon identifying significant damage, we provide guidance in initiating your insurance claim. We highly recommend that you allow us to accompany you in contacting your insurance company.

 

By working together, we ensure that all relevant information, including precise dates and times corresponding to the damage, is effectively communicated.

STEP THREE
INSURANCE MEETING

Your claims adjuster will call within 24-72 hrs to arrange a property inspection.

 

Simply inform us of the scheduled time, and we will meet the adjuster at your property to ensure all damages are properly assessed.

STEP FOUR
CLAIM APPROVAL

Once you are approved for your roof replacement and your claim summary is rendered, we review it to make sure it contains all of your damage and existing components.

 

We complete a work order and go over shingle options and colors with you. With a signed work order, you officially go into our queue!

STEP FIVE
ROOF REPLACEMENT

Our dedicated team will arrive promptly at 7am on the scheduled day of your roof construction. We will begin by preparing the area and conducting a thorough tear-off of the existing roofing materials.

 

This includes not only the tear-off process but also addressing any wood rot issues that may be present. We will then proceed with the installation of new shingles, ensuring a durable and visually appealing result.

 

Our commitment extends to enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal of the surrounding area, leaving you with a beautiful and well-crafted roof.

STEP SIX
FINAL INSPECTION AND PAYMENT

Once complete, we perform our final roof and area inspection to ensure our high standards for perfection were met.

 

In fact, we only ask for our final payment once we are sure you’re 100% satisfied with the service you received! Once we receive your final payment we present you with all of your warranty info
